Researchers from our Space Science Center have recruited students from Howard University and Sonoma State University to participate in the Student Collaboration Project. Led by UNH research associate professor of physics Noé Lugaz, this project aims to augment the solar wind data collected by NASA’s Interstellar Mapping and Acceleration Probe (IMAP) mission, provide hands-on research experience for undergraduate and graduate students, and help to diversify the field of space science.
